Big Trial Issue

So in recent news, a women was arrested for "appearently" drowning her child, however the court (and I) thought differently, so she was let go, this raised a lot of controversy, what is your opinion on the matter? As stated before, I believe she was innocent.

If she was innocent then please answer these questions:

1 why was the recipe for chloroform saved to her computer 3 days before the child was last seen?

2 why was her child bound with a rare brand of duct tape not sold in Florida but common place in the Anthony household?

3 why did she claim her child was stolen by a woman who never existed?

4 why was the body of her child stored in the trunk of her car? (keep in mind that three teams of cadaver dogs sounded at that car)

5 why was the body of that innocent little girl dumped in a bog that couldn't be viewed except by a window that happened to be in the wall of Casey Anthony's bedroom?

with this in mind answer now.

why do you believe her innocent of murder in the first or second degree or non-meditated manslaughter with the improper disposal of a corpse?

1. You don't have the recipe for chloroform saved on your computer?...
2. Now who doesn't have a special brand of duct tape in their house? I'm sure I have a roll or two around my house.
3. Obviously the woman who stole the baby was under a false name
4. The woman with the false name put it in her car.
5. Obviously the woman with the false identity put it there, perhaps the woman had a previous relationship with the Anthony household, one that was not discussed in court.

the woman never existed in the first place!

did you think of how she changed her story everytime she testified?
how do you explain?

obviously the woman did exist, however Casey Anthony lied about her never existing, because of the forementioned relationship between them.

Ooh this sounds like Pheonix Wright... Hmm Well I havn't heard of this case so I wouldn't know the evidence (yes I read it above) and I'd need to see her in person to know if she was lying or not. As far as it's stated it does seem likely that the woman could have been framed but also that she did it her self. However, Where's the motivation? What could have lead her to do this? Does she have a husband? He could have easily used her computer. Or maybe the chlorolform she bought was for other uses than a murder. Maybe they should have looked at her connections with other people.

So many possibilities...

The woman could have been jealous her so called friend? What if her friend finally snapped because she could not have a child of her own and stole her friend's child? Or maybe the child was too much of a burden, but a mother's bond with her child is great; except for the dispicable women who get abortions.

on monday Investigation Disconery channel will run a special, and reveal some things the defense kept from being viewed in the court.
