Mostly third Person, sometimes first but that's only for Soul. It helps with emotions.
FEEL FREE TO JUMP IN
I doubt this will happen with your busy lives but if for some odd reason you do jump in, atleast fight with someone or be away from main action so if you stop; the world doesn't stop around you...
